What is a personalized pet gift?
A personalized pet gift is a keepsake made from your pet's photo, name, or dates. LovaPaws turns dog and cat photos into custom portraits and wall art, cremation urns, jewelry, keychains, mugs, and small pieces for the home — each one made to order rather than picked off a shelf.
What kind of pet photo should I upload?
Upload one clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and markings are easy to see. Front-facing shots work best, especially for portraits, jewelry, and urns with a printed portrait. Natural daylight beats flash. If there's a problem with your photo, our team will contact you before anything goes into production.
Can I order a custom pet gift for a dog, cat, or other pet?
Yes. Most LovaPaws products can be personalized for dogs and cats, and several — including our hand-painted watercolor keychains — are made for birds, reptiles, and other pets. We design each piece from the photo and details you send.
What do you make for a pet who has passed away?
Cremation urns are our largest category — ceramic, wood and brass, in full-size and keepsake capacities, personalized with a portrait, name and dates. We also make engraved slate stones for the garden, photo candles, and memorial necklaces. As a rough guide, a full-size urn needs about one cubic inch of capacity per pound of your pet's body weight.
How long does a custom pet gift take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within two to four weeks. Production takes 3–5 business days and delivery another 5–15 (up to 18 for Canada), with tracking by email. Printed pieces include a free digital proof emailed within 1–2 business days — that's inside the 3–5, not on top of it. Hand-painted pieces can't be previewed before they're made, so the artist paints yours first and emails a photo of the finished piece before it ships.
If it's a gift for a specific date, order at least four weeks ahead.
